• Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the app settings or their respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
• If a subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle, users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current subscription period.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active subscription period.
• All purchases made on XSSecureXTS Plus are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as outlined below.
• Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the user experiences technical issues that prevent the application from functioning as advertised and support is unable to resolve the issue.
- If an accidental duplicate purchase is made for the same account.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team at sales@conjoinix.com.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• Any purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. Users must request refunds directly through the platform used for purchase.
• XSSecureXTS Plus does not have direct control over refunds processed through third-party app stores.
• Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time.
• Any changes to the subscription will take effect in the next billing cycle.
