Cancellation & Refund Policy

XSSecureXTS Plus

1. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the app settings or their respective app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

If a subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle, users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current subscription period.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active subscription period.

2. Refund Policy

All purchases made on XSSecureXTS Plus are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as outlined below.

Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the user experiences technical issues that prevent the application from functioning as advertised and support is unable to resolve the issue.
- If an accidental duplicate purchase is made for the same account.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting our support team at sales@conjoinix.com.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. In-App Purchases

Any purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies. Users must request refunds directly through the platform used for purchase.

XSSecureXTS Plus does not have direct control over refunds processed through third-party app stores.

4. Subscription Modifications

Users may upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time.

Any changes to the subscription will take effect in the next billing cycle.
